Talia Laifer is a junior at Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She’s originally from New Rochelle, NY.
Talia helped to found TAMID at WashU during her first few weeks as a freshman, and has remained heavily involved with the chapter ever since. As the chapter’s second president, Talia was able to double it size and lead it to second place in the first annual Case Competition. Talia served as the Midwest regional director during the Fall of 2016, uniting the region that is *not* as central as those on the east or west coasts.
Talia is so excited to work with one of her midwest presidents, Saul Feit from Michigan, as he transitions to the Chairman of the President’s Council. Talia is passionate and creative, and sets high goals and expectations for herself. She gives 110% to anything she sets her mind to; right now it’s training for her first half marathon with Chai Lifeline (inspired by Saul!). Talia is excited to bring this passion with her to the TAMID Operating Board beginning in 2017.
