For the Fund portion of the Beta process you will be completing a Stock Pitch. This gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a real pitch scenario and receive feedback. Detailed instructions can be found in the Fund Handbook below.
You can choose either an Israeli company, or a company with demonstrable connections to Israel. Then you will create a stock pitch based on your chosen company, pitching the trade for TAMID to consider executing in the TAMID portfolio.
The ideal stock pitch consists of the following components. A detailed breakdown can be found in the Fund Handbook: recommendation(s), company background, industry overview, investment thesis, catalysts, risks and how to mitigate them, and valuation.
Your submission must include a full team presentation of your pitch. This can either be a screen-recorded presentation or a filmed presentation. The recording should no more than 15 minutes. Include the accompanying slide deck separately, along with the presentation. Business casual dress is required.
You may submit up to two stock pitches to be reviewed by the judges. Your submission(s) should include a video recorded presentation and the slide deck used in the presentation. Please note that business casual dress is required for full points.
The stock pitch will be reviewed based on the rubric provided. The 3 best pitches from TAMID Beta Cohort Aleph will have the opportunity to present their pitch to a panel of judges, receive feedback, and ask questions!
The winner of the three finalists, as decided by the judges, will receive a prize of $100 added to their chapter’s budget!
