Download templates and examples to help you get started on your consulting project

These slides are designed to introduce team members to foundational principles and skills needed to succeed in TAMID Consulting.

Team members can review these slides on their own, or Directors of Consulting can present them as well during Consulting track meetings.

Assistant Project Managers (APMs) can best prepare for their role by reviewing the slides here. The training reviews how APMs can support their Project Managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Feel free to use the templates below as a guide to creating a thorough and well-defined project scope with your company.

We’re building a Consulting Deliverables Library featuring examples of strong project deliverables from TAMID Consulting teams.

The goal is to give future Project Managers and teams access to real examples they can reference when structuring and developing their own deliverables.

If your chapter has produced a deliverable you’re particularly proud of, please submit it below!

Examples could include final presentations, market research reports, competitor analyses, go-to-market strategies, financial analyses, technical deliverables, or other high-quality client work.

Don’t worry about removing sensitive or company-specific information before submitting. The TAMID team will review all submissions and remove or anonymize confidential information before anything is added to the Resource Library.

Submission also does not guarantee that a deliverable will be published.

You’re welcome (and encouraged!) to submit multiple deliverables — please complete a separate submission for each one here.

These templates serve as examples for how to structure your final deliverable presentation. Stay tuned for updated, student-submitted versions soon!

Do you have a preexisting connection with an Israeli company that isn’t already part of the TAMID network? Then you might have the opportunity to self-source a project with your connection. Please review the requirements in the slides below to get acquainted with the process and make sure to schedule a meeting with Abbie to begin the process before your semester starts.

Are you interested in specialized Consulting projects across fields like finance, computer science, and data analysis? Do you have other members at your chapter with the relevant background and experience to successfully work with company partners in these areas? If yes, you may be eligible to apply to TAMID’s specialized Consulting tracks: Technical or Financial Consulting. Read the FAQs below for each program to learn more!
