TAMID Group

Founded by students in 2008, TAMID Group is a nonprofit that seeks to forge a strong connection to Israel for the next generation of business leaders. We have grown considerably since our founding, from a handful of students at the University of Michigan to thousands of student members at 58 campuses around the world.

Time and growth have not impacted our focus: engage young, brilliant students and young professionals with the most innovative entrepreneurs and leaders in Israel. We build relationships, keeping politics and religion aside, that will have long-lasting impact on Israel and our members.

Our Mission

TAMID Group facilitates experiential education and cultivates relationships to create a strong, lasting connection to Israel for emerging professionals.

In the coming years, we will be focusing on extending the impact of our programs by focusing on the following strategic goals:

	•	uncompromising excellence across all of our programs
	•	increasing the size of our flagship student programs both on campus and on the Israel-based Fellowship
	•	building our alumni engagement to 1,000 members annually

TAMID’s structure places students and Pro members at the center, empowering them with decision-making and influence over their growth as well as TAMID’s. We are inspired by the diffused hierarchical structure of Israeli society that has led to unprecedented innovation, and strive to fuel TAMID with that same principle.

We hold ourselves, our member community, and our partners to the highest standards by using the Israeli approach of prioritizing outcomes before optics. With results as our guide, we guide together diverse individuals of the highest caliber with shared passion and commitment.
