Diana Tapper spent her career in insurance, most recently working for Aon as Executive Vice President heading up its online travel insurance division.
She has since served on a number of not-for-profit boards in leadership roles, including on the Hackley School Parent Association and Community Synagogue of Rye, where she currently leads the Human Resources committee. She is currently on the board of Tailwind Track Club, a youth-running organization of which she is also a co-founder, as well as previously served in Manager and Treasurer roles. She also serves as the Secretary on the Board of a new start-up foundation that will provide increased access to mental health resources and improved outcomes for underserved and racially diverse populations.
Diana earned her BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Columbia University.
